Refund policy

Plain answers on refunds for venues that pay for Tablewick, and for guests charged a fee by a venue.
1. Your rights under Australian law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the service. Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and is not charged again.
- We do not refund part months when you cancel or downgrade, except where the law requires it.
- If we charged you by mistake, for example twice or after you cancelled, we refund it in full.
- If Tablewick was unavailable for a long period and you could not take bookings, email us and we will credit or refund that time.
3. SMS credits
- Credits for texts that fail to send are returned to your balance automatically.
- Unused credits from a pack bought in the last 30 days can be refunded on request.
- Credits do not expire while your account is open. When you close your account, email us within 30 days for a refund of credits bought in the previous 12 months.
4. Guests: no-show and cancellation fees
If a venue charged you a no-show or late cancellation fee, the venue set and charged that fee through its own Stripe account. Contact the venue directly to ask for a refund. Their details are on your booking email. Tablewick does not receive or hold that money.
5. How to ask
Email hello@tablewick.com.au with your venue name and the payment date. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. See also our terms of service.
